01.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RigNTap platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of our industrial equipment rental and asset management software across all web and mobile interfaces.

2. Equipment Booking & Status

All equipment bookings are subject to verification. A booking is only legally binding when the asset status is updated to 'Hired' or 'Ready' within the dashboard.

  • Users are responsible for equipment once status is 'On Truck - Delivering'.
  • The 'Return' date signifies the end of the liability period.
  • Assets must be available for collection immediately upon 'De-Hire' request.

3. Operational Safety

You warrant that all equipment will be operated by certified personnel. Any asset moved to 'Workshop' status due to user negligence may result in additional maintenance fees.

  • Daily safety checks are mandatory for all hired assets.
  • Technical failures must be reported within 2 hours via the platform.
  • Unauthorized relocation of assets is strictly prohibited.
04.

4. Liability & De-Hiring

Our liability is limited to the functionality of the asset. We are not responsible for project delays caused by equipment moving into 'Workshop' status for necessary repairs.

  • A 'De-Hire' request must be logged to stop the billing cycle.
  • Assets 'Awaiting Pickup' must be kept in a secure, accessible location.
  • Final damage assessment occurs at the RigNTap facility upon return.
